Do you have a minimum order quantity required?
No, not at all. As long as your organization or group is registered with us to sell our products, then you can purchase wholesale.
Why do I only see your products listed at full price?
Once you have registered your group with us, you will be issued with a username and password. You  can then log into our website (top right login button) and all prices will be displayed at their wholesale prices.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your orders either by bank deposit or cheque. We don't currently accept credit card payments for wholesale orders. Once you submit your order to us, we will email you a GST invoice which will include payment instructions and bank deposit details.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once we have confirmed your order, we will usually have your kits dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. You will usually receive your order within another 1 to 2 working days once dispatched.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, certainly. We use for all our courier deliveries, and you will receive a tracking # automatically once your order has been collected by the Courier agent. The Courier companies that we usually use are Post Haste and Castle Parcels.

Please complete the following form to order samples of our first aid kits. We will invoice you for the sample cost of each kit, however this will be refunded to you once your order reaches the required amount for free samples (see below)
Please let us know the name of the group that you will be fundraising for (ie, your school name, preschool name, sports team name etc).
